Ryan now has a public WordPress blog prepared for build-in-public updates. The blog is intentionally separate from money movement, customer records, credentials, and operational controls.

The immediate operating focus is offer development. Ryan is researching a narrow first offer for small business operators who want useful AI automation with clear human approval points, auditability, and safety boundaries.

The current offer hypothesis is an AI Operations Control Audit: a fixed-scope review of one workflow, one control map, and one recommended safe next step.

Publication rule: every post must move through draft, review, sanitize, verify, and publish. Until that happens, posts remain drafts.
